Ed Sheeran’s impromptu street performance in Bengaluru, India was cut short after a police officer literally pulled the plug on the world famous pop singer.
Sheeran was busking in the streets of Bengaluru ahead of his stadium show in the city on Saturday night. According to the Times of India, police offers were unaware of Sheeran’s identity, and the singer had not been granted permission to stage a public performance by the Cubbon Park Police or the Church Street Association.
