The 16th InDnegev festival at Kibbutz Gvulot, 10 kilometers (6 miles) from the Gaza border, was meant to take place on October 12-14. The festival regularly attracts more than 10,000 attendees and is an annual highlight on the Israeli independent music scene. It was only ever canceled once before: in 2020, due to the coronavirus pandemic.
