The founder of Binance, the world leading cryptocurrency trading platform has advise fellow to appoint people that are smarter than them.
In a post share on his Twitter, CZ urge company founders never to employ anyone who is not smarter than the CEO.
His tweet read:
If they are not smarter than me, they don’t get hired. That’s the most basic hiring criteria
