Nas has dropped off an accompanying music video for his King’s Disease II cut, “Brunch on Sundays.”
Directed by Omar Jones, the visual was filmed in Catch LA and sees the legendary rapper enjoying brunch with buddies like Hit-Boy, LeBron James, Russell Westbrook, Swizz Beatz, Cordae, Blxst and Lil Rel. Nas celebrates friendships and the good life as Blxst delivers the lines, “Keep it playa at all times / Be patient, it’s all vibes / You f*ckin’ with the latest and greatest of our time / They know if I’m winnin’, we winnin’, we all shine / Make sure my people got a plate at the table before mine.”
King’s Disease II was released in August and features appearances from Eminem, EPMD, A Boogie wit da Hoodie, YG, Lauryn Hill, Charlie Wilson, Blxst and Hit-Boy. Just like 2020’s King’s Disease, the 15-track project was executive produced by Nas and Hit-Boy and debuted at No. 3 on the Billboard 200. Its predecessor gave Nas his first ever GRAMMY win, taking home the award for Best Rap Album.
