Nanoleaf has long been a favorite among Twitch streamers, with plenty sporting the company’s mesmerizing Shapes, Canvas and Elements panels on the walls of their decked-out gaming pads. Now, the company is moving onto something a little sleeker than its previous designs with the launch of the all-new Lines.
Created to spice up your personal battle station, Lines functions much like Nanoleaf’s previous lighting options, providing LED illumination in more than 16 million color tones and thousands of sequences and combinations. Unlike its panels, however, the new release uses wall-facing LEDs to blast light onto its surface, creating a luminescent effect outlining whatever shape or pattern you construct them in. Each bar snap fits easily onto a hexagonal hub, which then connects the entire pattern in a loop that can read its own shape and channel its light flow accordingly. Aside from shifting colors, you can also create various gradients or select a light profile that’ll sync up to your music, making it the perfect accessory for any gamer or aspiring streamer.
For those interested, the new Nanoleaf Lines is now available for pre-order over on the company’s website, with shipping expected for later this month. The basic Smarter Kit is going for $200 USD and carries nine lines, while the Expansion Pack will include three additional lines and go for $70 USD.
