Mitsubishi Is Bringing Back Its Ralliart Performance Brand For 2023

Mitsubishi Is Bringing Back Its Ralliart Performance Brand For 2023

After more than a decade since its retirement in 2010, Mitsubishi is finally bringing back its Ralliart sub-brand.

The badge will be making its return for the Japanese automaker’s 2023 model year, although it’ll largely be an aesthetic program instead of the off-roading performance upgrade packages we’ve seen in the past, with the revived Ralliart offering “unique body effects, graphics and other rally-inspired touches.”

Luckily, Autoblog suggests that we could potentially see larger and more robust wheels, heavily treaded sports tires and performance-adjusted suspensions making a comeback further down the line. While Mitsubishi hasn’t announced which specific models will be receiving the Ralliart treatment, the outlet also suggests the roster could include variants of the Outlander and its EV counterpart, the Eclipse Cross, the Outlander Sport as well as the Mirage, though all will be produced in “limited” numbers.

For the fans of Ralliart, definitely stay tuned for more updates to come from Mitsubishi.

Elsewhere in the automotive world, you can now be one of the first to see DeLorean’s Alpha5 EV in the flesh thanks to the Petersen Automotive Museum’s latest exhibition.
