Mitchel Musso, who starred alongside Miley Cyrus in Hannah Montana, was arrested in Texas after he allegedly acted belligerent with hotel staff.
TMZ reports that police in Rockwall, Texas were called after Musso allegedly refused to pay for a bag of potato chips taken from a hotel snack shop. When hotel employees confronted him, he apparently became verbally abusive.
Musso was charged with public intoxication and theft, as well as with charges related to several outstanding traffic warrants he had. He was booked and released on bond.
Aside from his role as Oliver Oken on Hannah Montana, Musso also appeared on shows including Phineas and Ferb, Pair of Kings, and PrankStars.
