Migos Drive Through the Desert in “Roadrunner” Visual

Migos has dropped off an accompanying music video for their Culture III cut, “Roadrunner.”

The trio can be seen driving through the dessert in a quasi-post-apocalyptic setting, sporting what seems like survivor clothing that’s still matched with shiny jewelry around their necks and on their wrists. Takeoff, Quavo and Offset dropped Culture III in June and followed it up with a deluxe version less than a week later, adding five new tracks entitled “How We Coming,” “How Did I,” “New Money,” “Menace” and “Working A Fool.”

Migos recently spoke to HYPEBEAST about how jewelry is a symbol of the American dream, with Quavo stating, “It became one of the outlets for us to be wealthy. It became one of the outlets for us to get to the top. It became an opportunity for us to use it to get our families and get our loved ones out the ‘hood and out of bad spots. I feel like we didn’t have that, especially with a different genre of music.” He added, “It’s a symbol. It’s like a valid card. Sometimes jewelry gets you in the room. Sometimes having a certain piece on can start a conversation with someone you wouldn’t have business with. Sometimes it sparks conversation from people that normally don’t talk to young Black guys. Sometimes it can be a good thing, sometimes it can be a bad thing.”
