Take-Two Interactive has finally announced a release date for Marvel’s Midnight Suns. The game had already been delayed twice before it received an ultimate release date, with Take-Two failing to give any precise launch window during the last delay in October. Luckily for Marvel fans, you’ll only have to wait three more months until Midnight Suns arrives.
Developed XCOM veterans Firaxis Games and 2K Games, the new Marvel title will take on a similar gameplay style that involves strategic turn-based interactions. While you’ll be able to create your own superhero in the game, you’ll also recruit different iconic characters to join your squad while you take on your foes, including Captain America, Iron Man, Doctor Strange, Spider-Man, Wolverine, Blade, and more. If you pre-order the game, you’ll also receive a special Defenders skin for the Sorcerer Supreme.
For those interested, Marvel’s Midnight Suns is now scheduled to arrive on December 2 for the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and PC. Those on the Nintendo Switch will have to wait a little longer.
Elsewhere in gaming, the entertainment giant is teaming up with Niantic for a new AR mobile game named MARVEL World of Heroes.
