Machine Gun Kelly Reveals Why He Seemingly Dissed Slipknot at Riot Fest

Machine Gun Kelly has clarified the reason behind the supposed diss he made towards Slipknot during his set at Riot Festival in Chicago.

The artist revealed on Twitter that Slipknot frontman Corey Taylor actually did a verse for a cut on his 2020 record Tickets to My Downfall, but MGK opted to scrap it because “it was f*cking terrible”:

“corey did a verse for a song on tickets to my downfall album, it was f*cking terrible, so i didn’t use it.
he got mad about it, and talked shit to a magazine about the same album he was almost on.
yalls stories are all off.
just admit he’s bitter.”

Taylor has not responded to MGK’s diss nor the claims that his verse on Tickets to My Downfall was not up to par.

According to reports, MGK told the Riot Festival crowd, ”Hey, you wanna know what I’m really happy that I’m not doing? Being 50 years old wearing a f*ckin’ weird mask on a f*cking stage, talkin’ shit.”

Elsewhere in music, Benny The Butcher revealed why he didn’t appear on CLB and DONDA.
