Jamie xx is back with a new song. It’s called “Let’s Do It Again,” and it marks the producer’s first new solo single since 2020’s “Idontknow”—which was his first solo piece since 2015. Check out “Let’s Do It Again” below.
Jamie xx first teased the new track on Instagram last week, stating that he’s been performing “Let’s Do It Again” in his live sets since 2021. He added in a press statement, “I started making this tune last year, just as it felt like we might all be able to start doing the things we love again.”
Jamie xx’s solo debut In Colour landed back in 2015, but more recently he has released tracks with Headie One and Fred Again.. (“Smoke”), as well as the Avalanches, Neneh Cherry, and Vashti Bunyan (“Wherever You Go”). He’s also produced his xx bandmate Oliver Sim’s new song “Romance With a Memory” and “Fruit.”
Later this month, Jamie xx will perform at Coachella 2022. Find his tour schedule below.
