After taking over the internet with his viral “Just Wanna Rock” dance, Lil Uzi Vert now takes it to The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. Showing up with a team of dancers clad in black, the stage design echoed that of the cover art with a soft pink glow pulsating behind them.
The Jersey Club anthem is part of Lil Uzi Vert’s highly-anticipated album The Pink Tape which is set to release in the coming months.
“I’m putting the final touches on Pink Tape and I promise — I made a lot of promises in my life, but this time I promise,” Uzi said at Rolling Loud.
Looking ahead, Uzi has also teased a potential joint project with Playboi Carti, saying “Me and my luv about 2 take over the world.”
First released in October of last Year, “Just Wanna Rock” has spent 23 weeks on the Billboard Hot 100 charts, going viral on TikTok and later releasing a music video with AMP members Kai Cenat and Fanum who further popularized the dance.
