Actor Lawrence Wong’s skincare brand Grail drops two new products
Grail is launching two new facial products for its skincare line following the announcement of its new vision and new packaging. Following the success of their predecessors, the much-anticipated new arrivals, Retinol Vitamin A Serum and Hydrating Rice Yeast Dewy Moisturizer, will be launched exclusively on grailskin.com on 4 August 2023.
1. Retinol Vitamin A Serum, S$58, 30ml

The Fall/Winter 2023 Miu Miu collection by Miuccia Prada is focused on the instinctive process of looking, ways of seeing, and how an act of observation can in turn transform the object of its focus.
Familiar items of clothing – twinsets, knee-length skirts, hooded sweatshirts – move around the figure, providing different strengths and fragilities through their fabrication. The idea of glances influences notions of the underneath and outer, transparent chiffon opening windows onto clothes normally hidden, stockings exposed, dresses are overlaid. The complexity of layered clothes necessitates closer appraisal, an inquisitive mind, and curiosity.
Guests like actress Lee You-mi, singer Beabadoobee, Pauline Chalamet, Diane Kruger, Alexa Chung, Minnie and Lexie Liu were in attendance.

Joseon Attorney actor Woo Do-hwan is making an appearance in Singapore

Woo Do-hwan’s fans meet-and-greet
On 23 August 2023, the first 100 customers to purchase the Lancôme Advanced Génifique Serum 115ml from 10am onwards (until sold out) at the Lancôme Advanced Génifique Skin Repair Lab Pop-up will be eligible to enter the fan zone for a chance to meet and greet Woo Do-hwan in person.
Upon purchase of the 115ml serum, the customers will need to present their receipts to the staff at the pop-up to enter the Fan Zone. From there, a host will ask 10 Woo Do-hwan-related trivia questions to the customers that determine the final 10 winners who win the contest.

Actor Donnie Yen’s daughter, Jasmine, is signed to RCA Records Greater China
At a media event on 1 August, RCA Records Greater China, a division of Sony Music Entertainment (SME), announced the signing of 19-year-old singer-songwriter, Jasmine Yen, who will be releasing her debut single and music video “idk”.
The aspiring singer performed the single alongside unreleased material from her upcoming album during her debut performance at Majulah Music Night in Singapore on 30 July.
