Latto has dropped off her sophomore album 777, with features from Lil Wayne, Childish Gambino, 21 Savage, Lil Durk, Nardo Wick and Kodak Black.
“I put a lot of thought into my artwork I hope u guys love it and understand where I’m at mentally,” Latto wrote on Twitter. “The music will give just as much as the visuals! I PROMISE U THAT!”
The album arrives just over 18 months following the release of her debut record Queen Of Da Souf, which put Latto on the map alongside her placement on the 2020 XXL Freshman Class list. Prior to 777‘s release, Latto shared her highest-charting single, “Big Energy,” which secured the No. 1 spot on Billboard’s Emerging Artists chart in January and broke into the Hot 100’s top 20 earlier this month, and “Wheelie” featuring 21 Savage, which was released last week.
Additionally, Latto will drop a fourteenth bonus track, a remix of September’s “Big Energy,” on Monday, March 28. The Atlanta rapper is keeping the guest artist for that track under wraps as of now, having previously blurred the name on the tracklist on Instagram.
