Land Rover is ushering in the 30 years of the Defender with a new limited-edition run of the car. The Defender 30th Anniversary Edition pays homage to the iconic Defender 110, the first Defender vehicle sold in North America, with the integration of cutting-edge technology.
With only 500 vehicles being produced for the occasion, the Edition is specifically based on the Defender 110 P300 S model in Fuji White and adheres to the specifications of the original. The vehicle contains ebony leather seats and is outfitted with glossy white steel wheels. Its rear tailgate boasts a heritage-inspired exterior badge.
Maintaining the car’s all-terrain capabilities, the 30th Anniversary Edition packs in rugged accessories such as an expedition roof rack, front and rear mud flaps, rubber mats, a deployable ladder, wheel arch extensions, and more. The Defender’s potential is only enhanced by the inclusion of more modern technology, including premium LED headlights, air suspension and front fog lamps.
Vehicle owners can keep their keys safe and dry via the Activity Key, which is worn like a watch and safe for water sports. Comfort while driving on adventures is further maximized with the interior’s three-zone climate control system and an air quality sensor.
The 2023 Land Rover Defender 30th Anniversary Edition is priced at $75,000 USD and can be purchased at some retailers in the U.S.
