After a short delay, Kid Cudi‘s newest album INSANO is finally here.
Clocking in at just a little over an hour, the 21-track record features exciting collaborations with DJ Drama on the opener “OFTEN, I HAVE THESE DREAMZ,” Travis Scott on “GET OFF ME” and “AT THE PARTY” with Pharrell, A$AP Rocky on “WOW,” Lil Yachty on “TOO DAMN HIGH,” the late XXXTentacion on “X & CUD” and Young Thug on “RAGER BOYZ.” On top of the guest features, Cudder enlisted the help of dynamic producers such as Take A Day Trip, Dot da Genius, WondaGurl, BNYX, Clams Casino, Keyon Christ, Da Honorable C.N.O.T.E. and more. To top it off, KAWS provided the album artwork with his 2019 painting IT TAKES WHAT IT NEEDS.
INSANO marks Cudi’s followup to 2022’s Entergalactic and hears him enter a confident sonic space. The 21 tracks prove that he isn’t afraid to dig deeper into his artistry despite being a veteran in the industry, creating an enticing body of work in the process. Cudder — who is always so grateful for the support and success — refuses to be complacent, allowing him to further cement his legacy.
