Kelsea Ballerini made the Music City Center stage her own at the 2020 CMA Awards on Wednesday night (Nov. 11) with a winning performance of “Hole in the Bottle.”
Wearing a top hat and Cabaret-reminiscent pantsuit, Ballerini led a barnstorming rendition of the latest hit from her Kelsea set. “All right CMA Awards, let’s go!” she shouted before the song’s bridge guitar solo, one of the most energizing live moments of the three-hour ceremonies. (She also closed with a Shania-homaging “Let’s go girls.”)
