Furthering its inimitable sound and design, KEF has come together with long-term collaborator Ross Lovegrove on its Mu7 noise-canceling wireless headphones. The over-ear headphones feature a 40mm full-range dynamic driver in each ear and smart active noise canceling tech to counter external noise.
The isolated, clear listening experience supports Qualcomm’s aptX HD codec for hi-res near lossless wireless audio playback. The up to 24bit/48kHz playback also comes through Bluetooth 5.1 for connection to both Android and iOS devices.
Available in “Silver Grey” and “Charcoal Grey,” the Mu7 ANC wireless headphones come with an aluminum construction and leatherette memory foam pads. Additionally, the right earcup is outfitted with a capacitive touchpad to control volume, tracks, calls, and voice assistant.
15-minute fast charging offers eight hours of playback, while a full battery delivers 40 hours with Bluetooth and ANC enabled.
Priced at $400 USD, the Mu7 ANC wireless headphones are available now via KEF and at select retailers.
