Kanye West and Drake’s Larry Hoover Benefit Concert Will Stream for Free on Amazon

Kanye West and Drake’s Larry Hoover Benefit Concert Will Stream for Free on Amazon

Kanye West and Drake’s Free Larry Hoover benefit concert will be livestreamed by Amazon.

The two rappers, who just recently squashed their years-long beef, will reunite on Thursday, December 9, to perform at the Los Angeles Coliseum. The concert will center around the cause of freeing Hoover, who is currently serving six life sentences, and bring awareness to criminal justice reform.

“I believe this event will not only bring awareness to our cause, but prove to people everywhere how much more we can accomplish when we lay our price aside and come together,” West said.

The event will be West’s first headlining show in five years since he abruptly canceled his 2016 Life of Pablo run mid-tour.

Amazon announced that it will be livestreaming the concert on Prime Video, the Amazon Music app and the Amazon Music Twitch channel.

“Kanye and Drake have spent their careers pushing boundaries and defining culture, and we’re excited to give fans around the world a front row seat to this concert,” said Tim Hinshaw, head of hip-hop and R&B at Amazon Music, in a press release.

Viewers in more than 240 countries can stream the one-night concert for free at 11 pm EDT/8 pm PDT on December 9. It will also be shown at select IMAX theaters across the United States.
