Shortly after teasing that “Hurricane” featuring The Weeknd and Lil Baby would be the first DONDA single, KayCyy, an artist that has worked closely with Kanye West on DONDA, noted plans for ‘Ye to move to a new stadium. Taking to Twitter, KayCyy said “We’re moving to another stadium,” in a now-deleted tweet.
It is expected that Kanye and his crew of close collaborators are looking to change up their surroundings to finish up his tenth studio album. Currently set up at the Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta, the 70,000-seat facility hosted two listening events and served both home and studio for Kanye. If ‘Ye plans to stay in the Atlanta area, other stadiums that could serve as the place for the completion of DONDA include the State Farm Arena, Truist Park and Russ Chandler Stadium.
According to Apple Music, Kanye West’s tenth studio album DONDA is now expected to release August 15.
In case you missed it, Mike Dean recently revealed why Kanye West was on the phone during the DONDA launch event.
