After a long-awaited teaser, Justin Bieber and Vespa have finally unveiled their collaborative project, designed and ideated by the Canadian artist.
Over the years, Vespa has delighted consumers with unique collaborations with brands including Dior and Giorgia Armani. Now, the scooter company is partnering with global pop sensation for an amalgamated project that intertwines contemporary pop culture and traditional Italian craftsmanship. The new exclusive Vespa model is personally ideated and designed by the singer to bring a timeless aesthetic to the iconic two-wheeler.
Bieber said in a statement, “The first time I rode a Vespa was somewhere in Europe, probably either London or Paris. I just remember seeing a Vespa and being like ‘I want to ride one of those.’ And I had such a great time, just the wind flying through my hair, the freedom. It was fun.” He added, that he wanted to put his “own unique spin,” on his monochrome design. Bieber chooses an all-white colorway, from the saddle to the grips to the spokes of the rims. The scooter features a brand logo surrounded by flames on the body of the vehicle, highlighted by a tone on tone white.
The Justin Bieber x Vespa will arrive in the classic 50, 125, and 150 cc models, bringing a fresh and youthful perspective to the scooter. Accompanying the scooter collab is an exclusive limited-edition accessories collection featuring a pair of gloves and a total white helmet with flames. Pre-sale launches on April 20 online at Vespa.
