Janelle Monáe has announced she’ll be taking her fourth studio album, Age of Pleasure, to four new cities. The Age of Pleasure Tour, kicking off in just a few weeks, will now see stops in Indianapolis, Indiana and Columbus, Ohio, as well as in New Orleans, Louisiana and Washington, DC.
Monáe announced The Age of Pleasure Tour back in June, which came just a few days before she released the highly anticipated album on June 9. The tour is set to commence on August 30 in Seattle.
The singer will be making stops in 29 cities across the country, including Boston, Nashville, Atlanta and Portland, seeing stops at major venues such as Colorado‘s Red Rocks Amphitheatre and New York City‘s Radio City Music Hall. See the full list of dates in the Instagram post below.
Tickets for the newly added shows will be available for purchase on Ticketmaster beginning Wednesday, August 9, with the presale code “TRACK”.
The Age of Pleasure, which marks Monáe’s first release in five years, saw great critical acclaim and landed a spot on Hypebeast’s roundup of best music projects from 2023 thus far.
