Jack White: American people with the popular vote "deserve whatever evils [Trump's] going to enact"

In response Donald Trump’s re-election on Tuesday Jack White posted a lengthy, fiery statement to his social media. In addition to characterizing Trump as, among other things, a “known, obvious fascist” and a “wannabe dictator,” White lamented about what he anticipates the next four years will look like for the United States of America.

“Trump won the popular vote. End of story,” he wrote. “Americans chose a known, obvious fascist and now America will get whatever this wannabe dictator wants to enact from here on in.”

He went on to reference Trump’s impeachment, his sexual assault allegations, his many failed business ventures, and several off color comments the President had made in the past.

“And all those rich pricks riding in their Cybertrucks listening to their Rogan and Bannon and Alex Jones podcasts are laughing all the way to the bank looking forward to their tax cuts that don’t apply to the middle class,” he stated in closing. “And not just with the electoral college this time, but the American people with the popular vote showed that the citizens placed him in power and now deserve whatever evils he’s going to enact.”

White has been quite vocal when it comes to his feelings regarding Trump. In September, he sued the former President and now President Elect for playing The White Stripe’s “Seven Nation Army” at his campaign rallies.
