Fresh off the release of his third studio album, Jackman, Jack Harlow has delivered an all-new music video for the record’s popular cut, “They Don’t Love It.” Directed by Eliel Ford, the fresh visual sees the Grammy-nominated artist take to the streets of his hometown, Louisville, Kentucky, visiting neighborhood schools, attending a family barbeque and playing soccer with friends.
“Ya boy’s strivin’ to be the most dominant ever/The hardest white boy since the one who rapped about vomit and sweaters,” he raps on the Hollywood Cole-produced track, referencing Eminem’s 8 Mile song, “Lose Yourself.” He continues, “And hold the comments ’cause I promise you I’m honestly better than whoever came to your head right then.”
As mentioned, “They Don’t Love It” appears on Harlow’s newly-minted record, Jackman. The album, which Harlow put out without any lead singles and very little pre-release press, clocks in at roughly 25 minutes. Notably, the tracklist hosts 10 tracks, none of which include guest features. The project follows the chart-topper’s May 2022 record, Come Home the Kids Miss You, which included contributions from Pharrell, Drake, Justin Timberlake and Lil Wayne.
