If you were to take a look through my beauty stash it would quickly become evident that while there are certain makeup items that I undeniably love—the sheer quantity of tomato-red lipsticks and liquid highlighters in my dressing table speaks volumes—it’s obvious that I’m a skincare girl at heart. That’s not to say that makeup doesn’t bring my joy; the cheer-inducing benefits of a vibrant eyeliner or bright shadow shouldn’t be underrated. However, while basic makeup products like foundations and concealers usually make their way into my rotation, I tend to swiftly donate more adventurous products—I’m talking glitter eyeshadows and holographic highlighters—to friends who’ll be able to show them a little more love.
So, it’s as much a surprise to me as it is to anyone that a new launch from Morphe 2—the cool Gen Z sub-brand of US makeup brand Morphe—not only caught my attention, but has since taken up permanent residence in my makeup bag. Enter: Morphe 2 Quad Goals (£16).
