Interactive rowing machine company Hydrow has teamed up with renowned artist Alex Echo to create a trio of limited-edition rower designs, each of which come with an associated unique NFT.
Since its inception in 2017, Hydrow has offered a unique rowing experience that allows users to access interactive, on-demand rowing classes from the comfort of their own home. Now, alongside Echo, the pair present three striking designs that are available to buy now. Titled “The Four Elements”, “Water” and “Platinum Jubilee,” each design will be signed and numbered by Echo, making each machine a one-of-a-kind.
Available exclusively from Selfridges, Oxford Street, London, 20% of each sale will be donated to Parkinson’s UK, a neurological condition Echo himself was diagnosed with seven years ago.

“No hyperbole, Hydrow has changed my life. Parkinson’s diagnosis, followed by the pandemic and subsequent nearly 18 month lockdown, I succumbed to a mild depression, surrendered to my sofa and let my body atrophy,” explained Echo. “I got my Hydrow as a last grasp. Its smooth, rhythmic, zen movements, and inviting and enthusiastic Athletes instantly transported me to a new place of hope and a gradually returned sense of accomplishment.”
Set to retail at £3,500 (approx. $4,440 USD), the limited-edition Hydrow x Alex Echo rowers — which come with a unique NFT — are available to buy now in-store at Selfridges, Oxford Street, London.
