Who is hosting the 2023 ACM Awards?
Garth Brooks and Dolly Parton (Parton also co-hosted in 2022) will host the ceremonies.
Who are the nominees for the 2023 ACM Awards?
HARDY’s seven nominations make him the 2023 ACM Awards’ most-nominated male performer. As for female vocalist, Lainey Wilson’s six nods place her at the top of that table. Notable too is ACM Triple Crown Award-winner (career Entertainer of the Year, New Artist and Artist category wins) Miranda Lambert passing Reba McEntire as the most nominated Female Artist of the Year nominee in the award program’s history, earning her 17th nomination.
Regarding another potential Triple Crown winner in the making, if either Luke Combs or Chris Stapleton win the Entertainer of the Year trophy, they will clinch that honor.
2022’s ACM Album of the Year winner, Morgan Wallen — HARDY’s Big Loud labelmate — has his first Entertainer of the Year nomination, the ninth ACM nomination of his career.
Also, the chart-topping husband and wife duo Kane and Katelyn Brown are nominated.
2023 will mark Kane’s first-ever nominations for Entertainer of the Year and Male Artist of the Year. The married couple’s single “Thank God” has also received three nominations (Single, Music Event, and Visual Media of the Year). These mark Berklee College of Music grad Katelyn’s first nominations, while these round Kane’s career total to 14 overall.
Who is performing at the 2023 ACM Awards?
Co-host Parton will “[hit] the stage in a way fans have never seen before,” to debut the lead single from her forthcoming rock album to close the show.
HARDY, as well as Cole Swindell and Jo Dee Messina performing their ACM Award-nominated hit “She Had Me At Heads Carolina,” plus Ashley McBryde pairing with Brandy Clark, Caylee Hammack, Pillbox Patti, and John Osborne on guitar to perform “Bonfire At Tina’s” from McBryde’s ACM Award-nominated album “Ashley McBryde Presents: Lindeville.” Also, in a pairing of ACM Female Vocalist of the Year winners, 1998’s victor Trisha Yearwood and 2022’s winner Carly Pearce will pair for a medley of Yearwood’s classics.
Plus, Jason Aldean, Kane Brown, Luke Combs, Cody Johnson, Miranda Lambert, Jelly Roll, Ed Sheeran, Keith Urban, The War And Treaty, Lainey Wilson, and Bailey Zimmerman are slated to hit the stage.
