Healthy Living: Staying Healthy for Summer

Some of the common illnesses and infections during summer are heat stroke, food poisoning, summer colds and more.

On Thursday, Justin Ceravolo went over some of the symptoms and common sickness people may experience during summer.

Some of the measures to prevent this and stay healthy are exercising, staying hydrated and maintaining aa healthy diet rich of nutrients.

Lifestyle measures such as:

  • Exercising – avoid summer heat by exercising indoors or in the cooler morning/evening hours.
  • Staying hydrated – extremely important with recent heat advisories!
  • Maintaining a healthy diet with super fruits that are rich in nutrients – like blueberries – and other healthy snacks.

Vitamins and supplements can provide an added boost over the summer:
– Vitamins A, C, D and E, CoEnzyme Q10, zinc, probiotics, immune daily
support, etc.
