FLORIDA – Lisa came to the ABC7 studio to give us some efficient exercises before we go out golfing.
Some of the demonstrations were Stability Ball Golf Specific Exercises.
These exercises improve mobility in your shoulders and improve your posture as this exercise increases your range of motion for your golf swing!
