Harry Styles Sets New Vinyl Sales Record With ‘Harry’s House’

Harry Styles has officially set a new vinyl sales record with his latest album, Harry’s House.

The 28-year-old’s newest full-length effort now holds the record for the largest sales week for a vinyl album in the United States, selling over 146,000 copies during its first three days. Styles has effectively dethroned Taylor Swift for the record, overtaking the 114,000 vinyl copies Red (Taylor’s Version) sold in November 2021.

In addition to setting this new record, Harry’s House is projected to debut at No. 1 on next week’s Billboard 200 with the largest debut week of 2022 so far. The album is looking to earn between 450,000 to 500,000 units in its first week — likely overtaking this year’s record of 295,000 units that was just set by Kendrick Lamar‘s Mr. Morale & the Big Steppers last week.

Elsewhere in music, BLACKPINK made history as the first Asian girl group to grace the cover of Rolling Stone.
