Cover that wound! The correct way to put on a bandage

He first duetted Julien Blanc’s video asking others on the video-sharing platform to reveal the things that blew their minds when they learned it.

In the viral clip, which has so far amassed over 2.1 million views, he said: ‘We’ve been putting Band-Aids on incorrectly this entire time.’

He explained that if you have a cut on your finger, the Band-Aid is meant to be put on a certain way.

He said you should leave the paper on the medical strip and then grab a pair of scissors.

‘You’re going to cut a line right down the middle from the top and bottom parts,’ he explained.

After you create the cuts, put the white part on your injury and then take the top tab and fold it down to form a V-shape and then do the same with the bottom.

Jordan revealed that this is much more effective because the normal way of putting it on only works until ‘the sweat starts affecting the adhesive, and then eventually, it’ll fall right off your finger.’

‘This also works with toes cuts as well, have fun,’ Jordan said at the end of the clip.
