Gunna Will Not Take the Stand in Young Thug’s RICO Trial

Gunna Will Not Take the Stand in Young Thug's RICO Trial

Young Thug‘s RICO case continues to develop. The latest major update to surface is that Gunna has been since removed from the witness list and will no longer take the stand in the Young Stoner Life trial.

As confirmed by the State, Gunna will not testify against Young Thug – among other cuts to the lengthy list of witnesses intended to give a testimony.

Initially a compilation of 700 names, the trial’s witness list now sees just over 200 names on the list who are slated to take the stand.

Lil Wayne was also removed from the list – as was Thug’s brother, rapper Unfoonk.

Still on the list, however, is Cash Money co-founder Birdman as well as Rich Homie Quan and YFN Lucci. View the full list below.

“The judge ordered the state to cut down their list of 700+ witnesses to the ones that they currently intend to call. Their new list of ~200 witnesses names multiple co-defendants who took pleas as witnesses they want to call, but no Gunna,” @ThuggerDaily – an account that has closely followed the trial since day one – wrote on X.

The Fulton Country trial is currently shaping up to be the longest trial in Georgia state history. Stay tuned to Hypebeast for more updates as the story evolves.
