Future Unveils the Title and Cover Art for His Ninth Studio Album

After announcing the release date for his forthcoming ninth studio album earlier this month, Future on Monday took to social media to finally reveal the project’s official cover art and title.

“Album Title: I NEVER LIKED YOU,” he wrote on Instagram under the official artwork, which sees the chart-topping rapper snoozing in the backseat of a luxury vehicle while wearing a maroon suit and a matching sleep mask.

I Never Liked You will arrive as the follow-up to Future’s 2020 solo project High Off Life and his collaborative album with Lil Uzi Vert, Pluto x Baby Pluto, which was released that same year. Earlier in 2022, Future made two guest appearances on Gunna’s DS4Ever, for tracks “Too Easy” and “Pushin P,” and released a music video for his own single, “Worst Day.”

Details on Future’s upcoming record remain scarce, though the artist did hint that the project may feature appearances from Babyface Ray and FKA twigs.

Future’s I Never Liked You will release on April 29.

Elsewhere in music, a Super Bowl ball signed by Kendrick Lamar, Dr. Dre, Eminem and more is going to auction.
