Shortly after revealing the title and cover of his upcoming ninth studio album, Future has now teased a collaboration with Kanye West set to appear on I Never Liked You. Released by Epic Records on Twitter, the brief teaser serves to continue the build-up for the release of the project marked for Friday this week. The teaser also comes after some footage of the two on set surfaced earlier this month.
The 39-second clip shows Future and Ye dressed in all-black, illuminated by a spotlight. The two are captured in stage light vignettes that cycle between hi-def and low-fi footage for an evocative effect. The teaser also offers a snippet of Ye’s verse, the artist is heard rapping, “Cross me so much, I got nails in my hand/City on fire…City on fire.”
