French Montana has released the official music video for “Handstand” featuring Doja Cat and Saweetie.
The video, directed by Edgar Esteves and Jon Primo, sees the chart-topping trio exist in a post-apocalyptic world, where they land in the center of a violent street war with weapons including barbed wire baseball bats, laser eyes and machine gun bikinis.
“Handstand” arrived on Montana’s latest record, They Got Amnesia, which he released last month and includes features from the likes of Drake, Ty Dolla $ign, Lil Durk, Coi Leray, the late Pop Smoke and more.
“This album reflects my personal journey, so it’s the most special for me,” French Montana said in a release. “God gave me another chance at life and this music healed me. I’m grateful to my collaborators and my fans for supporting me. I had to remind ‘em, ‘cause you know they got amnesia!”
Meanwhile, Doja Cat and Saweetie both received nominations for the 2022 Grammy Awards; the former received a total of eight nominations, including Album of the Year for Planet Her, while the latter received a nomination for Best Artist.
