FMO’s working visit to the MD Abubakar Police Hospital, Dei Dei – Abuja

The Force Medical Officer, CP Dr. Garba N. Emmanuel today, paid a working visit to the MD Abubakar Police Hospital Dei Dei as part of his oversight functions on the Police Medical Facilities.

The OC Medical of the Facility, CSP Dr. Ruth Okunbo while welcoming the FMO appreciated him for his sterling leadership qualities and for the historic visit.

She noted some giant strides that the Facility has recorded while mentioning some challenges millitating the proper functioning of some sections of the Facility especially the Radiology unit and the male ward.

The FMO while interacting with the personnel of the hospital commended them for their professionalism in rendering adequate medical care to the personnel of the Force, their family members and the public.

He noted that the fatherly closeness of the Inspector General of Police IGP Usman Alkali Baba, to the Medical Department of the Force which has repositioned the Nigeria Police Medical Services across the Country for better functioning.
