Governor Okezie Ikpeazu of Abia State has hit back at critics, who have been bashing him over the uncompleted flyover project he started in the state.
In a video , which has since gone viral , the governor who was speaking in Igbo at a radio station, said “Thank God, I even started a flyover, those asking for flyover don’t even have a car then what concerns them with flyovers?”
