Marvel Studios has officially dropped the final trailer for its much anticipated The Marvels film.
The new trailer begins with giving fans a look back at The Avengers facing off against Thanos, setting up the stakes for Captain Marvel and her team as they go up agains their own formidable enemy. Carol Danvers plays Captain Marvel and is set to reclaim her identity from the tyrannical Kree. While taking revenge on the Supreme Intelligence, she finds herself shoulder the burden of a destabilized universe. During her mission, she is sent to an anomalous wormhole linked to a Kree revolutionary where her powers are entangled with Kamala Khan, Jersey City super-fan, aka Ms. Marvel, and her estranged niece, S.A.B.E.R. astronaut Captain Monica Rambeau. The trio team up to save the universe as “The Marvels.”
The Marvels stars Brie Larson as Carol Danvers/Captain Marvel, Teyonah Parris as Monica Rambeau, Iman Vellani as Kamala Khan/Ms. Marvel, and Samuel L. Jackson as Nick Fury. Nia DaCosta directs while Kevin Feige produces. The screenplay is by DaCosta and Megan McDonnell and Elissa Karasik.
The film lands in theaters on November 10.
