Disney+ and BBC have revealed the premiere dates and trailer for the upcoming 60th anniversary Doctor Who special episodes. The first special, “The Star Beast,” premieres on November 25th, with “Wild Blue Yonder” following on December 2nd and “The Giggle” on December 9th.
The specials mark the return of David Tennant as the Fourteenth Doctor, who mysteriously happens to look and act exactly like the Tenth, whom the actor played from 2005 to 2010. He’ll be joined by Catherine Tate as Donna Noble as they face off against a new villain called the Toymaker, played by Neil Patrick Harris.
Also returning are Jemma Redgrave as Kate Lethbridge-Stewart, Jacqueline King as Sylvia Noble, and Karl Collins as Shaun Temple. Additional cast members include Yasmin Finney as Rose Temple-Noble, Miriam Margolyes as the voice of the Meep, and Ruth Madeley as Shirley Anne Bingham.
