Ezra Miller Charged with Felony Burglary

Ezra Miller has been charged with felony burglary in Stamford, Vermont, the latest in a string of arrests for the embattled Flash actor.

As Variety was first to report, Miller was arrested on Sunday, August 7th on charges stemming from a burglary complaint filed on May 1st. According to Vermont State Police report, officers found that several bottles of alcohol were stolen from an at-the-time unoccupied residence. “As a result of an investigation that included surveillance videos and statements, probable cause was found to charge Ezra M. Miller with the offense of felony burglary into an unoccupied dwelling,” the police report noted.

Law enforcement officials issued Miller a citation to appear in Vermont Superior Court for arraignment on September 26th.

Miller owns a farm in Vermont. Thought to also be staying at the estate are several women including Tokata Iron Eyes, an 18-year-old whom Miller has known since she was 14, and whose parents claim that she is being controlled with “violence, intimidation, threat of violence, fear, paranoia, delusions, and drugs,” as well as a mother of three, with the children’s father claiming that the kids are being trapped in an unsafe environment full of loose guns and drug use. One source said they saw Miller purposefully blow marijuana smoke in a baby’s face.

This is Miller’s third arrest this year, following bookings on disorderly conduct and second-degree assault in Hawaii. They have also been accused of more disturbing behavior, including grooming underage children. Last week, a report suggested that an increasingly paranoid Miller wears body armor and carries a gun at all times, and some of their alleged sexual partners have compared them to a cult leader.

Even so, The Flash, which stars Miller in the titular role, is expected in theaters next summer, and at least publicly, Warner Bros. Discovery has suggested they have no plans to change course. This has caused some frustration among fans of DC Comics, including Kevin Smith, who recently suggested that WBD should have canceled The Flash instead of Batgirl.
