Franklin’s Lost Expedition
Back in 1845-1848, two ships of an expedition led by Sir John Franklin, to discover the Northwest Passage, vanished in the Arctic. Their wrecks were discovered in 2014 and 2016. There are marked graves of some of the explorers from this expedition in Nunavut, Canada.
