Originally delivered to Walter Scheuermann in Germany in December 1993, the car spent nearly two decades in a renowned Japanese collection before being imported to the United States in 2013. The current consignor has invested $40,000 USD in a meticulous service by Retrosport of San Rafael, California, ensuring that the car is road-ready. This includes the installation of a new FIA-approved fuel cell, shocks, road tires and a sport exhaust, along with slight adjustments to the ride height.
Now registered in the U.S. and boasting exceptional provenance, this 911 Carrera RSR 3.8 offers a rare opportunity for collectors to acquire a road-legal version of one of Porsche’s most iconic models.
