With February 2023 officially underway, Disney+ has shared its slate of new programming for the month.
This month will see the streaming premiere of Black Panther: Wakanda Forever a new season of The Proud Family: Louder and Prouder, Marvel’s Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur, as well as brand new episodes of Star Wars: The Bad Batch and National Treasure: Edge of History.

Black Panther: Wakanda Forever
The sequel to Ryan Coogler’s Black Panther is coming to Disney+. Black Panther: Wakanda Forever takes the audience back to Wakanda after the events of Avengers: Endgame to follow Queen Ramonda (Angela Bassett), Shuri (Letitia Wright), Okoye (Danai Gurira) and the rest of the nation as they mourn the loss of King T’Challa (Chadwick Boseman). In addition to that, they will have to protect Wakanda from Namor (Tenoch Huerta) and his army, who is also looking to protect his underwater nation of Talokan. Black Panther: Wakanda Forever also introduces a new hero ahead of her own TV series: Riri Williams a.k.a. Ironheart (Dominique Thorne), a 19-year-old genius who will join the fight to protect Wakanda.

With the arrival of Black Panther: Wakanda Forever comes the accompanying edition of Marvel Studios’ Assembled. Appropriately titled Marvel Studios’ Assembled: The Making of Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, this episode follows the cast and crew of this new adventure in Wakanda and the challenges they faced as they honored King T’Challa and Chadwick Boseman’s legacy and moved on to a new chapter. Through behind-the-scenes footage and interviews, viewers will follow Shuri’s road to becoming the new Black Panther and will learn more about Namor and his role in the MCU.
