Everton are determined to improve their defensive options this summer and continue to be linked with full-backs every week.
According to 90min, newly appointed manager Rafa Benitez is eyeing up moves for Norwich City defender Max Aarons and Netherlands international Denzel Dumfries.
It is unlikely that the Toffees will sign both players in one summer, but it is unclear which one is their preferred option.
Aarons has been outstanding for Norwich over the past two seasons, and it is no surprise that Premier League clubs are looking to sign him.
The 21-year-old helped Norwich regain promotion back to the top-flight, and he has the quality to be a long term replacement for Seamus Coleman.
Aarons has repeatedly been linked with the Merseyside outfit and could cost more than £25 million this summer.
Meanwhile, Dumfries was excellent for PSV Eindhoven this past season and also had an impressive European Championships campaign with Netherlands.
The 25-year-old chipped in with vital goals during Euro 2020 and has proven to be a reliable defender.
Both players would be excellent additions for the Toffees, and it remains to be seen who they end up signing eventually.
