Elon Musk Now Wants To Go Ahead With Original Twitter Deal

Only two weeks before his trial with Twitter was set to commence, Elon Musk has once again changed his mind and will be buying out Twitter after all. Lawyers for Musk submitted a letter to the SEC declaring that the Tesla CEO now plans to proceed with the original plan to purchase Twitter for $44 billion USD.

Previous news reports foreshadowed that Musk would likely lose his trial. Musk’s legal team noted that the deal would take place only on the condition that Twitter agrees to “adjourn the trial and all other proceedings related.”

Apple’s iPhone 15 Ultra is Rumored to Feature Two Front Cameras

A leaked design of Apple‘s forthcoming iPhone 15 Ultra showcases a few different elements setting the product apart from differentiators from other devices. According to industry analyst MajinBu, the new Ultra will include two front-facing cameras, as well as 256GB storage and will utilize USB-C with Thunderbolt 4 speeds.

It’s not yet clear exactly how Apple will make use of the two front-facing cameras. MajinBu, however, predicted that the iPhone 15 Ultra will replace the Pro Max in the tech giant’s forthcoming release.

TikTok Revealed Plans to Launch Live Shopping in the U.S.

Following Facebook’s shutdown of its shopping platform, TikTok is seeking to fill the gap by integrating live shopping into its app. The social media platform is in talks with a company called TalkShopLive to launch the feature beginning in the United States, the Financial Times reported.

Live shopping will likely utilize livestreams, where viewers can tune in to a broadcast showcasing products from brands and independent shops and buy items in real-time.

Twitter Introduced the Ability for Users to Combine Photos, Videos and GIFs in One Tweet

Twitter users can now share up to four images, videos or GIFs in a single tweet. Available on Android and iOS, the feature is accessible through the same tweet composition. Users can select the media icon and add the desired content.
