Drake’s ‘Certified Lover Boy’ Returns to No. 1, Don Toliver’s ‘Life of a Don’ Debuts at No. 2

Drake returns to the top of this week’s Billboard 200 chart as Certified Lover Boy logs its fourth non-consecutive week at No. 1, while Don Toliver makes his highest chart debut with Life of a Don.

According to reports, CLB earned a total of 94,000 equivalent album units in the week ending October 14, including 92,000 in streaming equivalent album units, 1,000 in album sales and 1,000 in track equivalent album units. The album spent its first three weeks at No. 1 and went down to No. 2 for two straight weeks as NBA YoungBoy’s Sincerely, Kentrell and Taylor Swift’s Fearless took the top spot.

Meanwhile, Toliver earned his highest Billboard 200 entry so far with Life of a Don debuting at No. 2, earning 68,000 equivalent album units including 49,000 in streaming equivalent album units, 18,000 in album sales and the rest in track equivalent album units. The Cactus Jack artist’s latest record follows 2020’s Heaven or Hell, which debuted and peaked at No. 7.

Elsewhere on the chart are NBA YoungBoy, Meek Mill and Olivia Rodrigo at Nos. 3, 4 and 5 respectively, while Lil Nas X, Doja Cat, Morgan Wallen, Kanye West and The Kid LAROI make up the bottom half of this week’s top 10.
