For Combs, leading his Hot 100 haul, “Forever After All” debuts at No. 2, the highest entrance ever for a song that has also appeared on Hot Country Songs by a solo male; the track concurrently opens atop the Hot Country Songs chart. The song is from the deluxe reissue of his LP What You See Is What You Get, which surges back to No. 1 on the Billboard 200 with 109,000 equivalent album units, up 399 percent, according to Nielsen Music/MRC Data.

On the Hot 100 Producers chart, Moi tallies his fourth week at No. 1, on the strength of four production credits on the Hot 100. Morgan Wallen’s “More Than My Hometown” (which Moi solely produced) leads at No. 23, followed by HARDY’s “One Beer,” featuring Lauren Alaina and Devin Dawson (No. 36, co-produced with Derek Wells); Wallen’s “7 Summers” (No. 60, solely produced); and Chris Lane’s “Big, Big Plans” (No. 67, solely produced).
Notably for the country genre, the late Johnny Marks and Owen Bradley simultaneously led Hot 100 Songwriters and Producers, respectively, for two weeks beginning last December. While their legacies are tied mostly to holiday hits, their highest shared Hot 100 entry last holiday season was “Rockin’ Around the Christmas Tree” by Brenda Lee, who boasts a robust history on Billboard‘s country charts. Bradley, meanwhile, also produced Bobby Helms’ Christmas classic “Jingle Bell Rock,” along with country hits by Patsy Cline, Loretta Lynn and Conway Twitty, among others.
The weekly Hot 100 Songwriters and Hot 100 Producers charts are based on total points accrued by a songwriter and producer, respectively, for each attributed song that appears on the Hot 100; plus, genre-based songwriter and producer charts follow the same methodology based on corresponding “Hot”-named genre charts. As with Billboard‘s yearly recaps, multiple writers or producers split points for each song equally (and the dividing of points will lead to occasional ties on rankings).
