Dolly Parton loves dogs. As if that wasn’t already evident by her general exquisite demeanor, America’s hero has further cemented her love for four-legged friends today by unveiling her new line of dog toys and apparel, which, obviously, is called Doggy Parton.
The Doggy Parton collection includes dog-sized, Western-chic duds like a “blonde bombshell wig,” a “pink cowgirl hat with tiara,” a “gingham Western print two-piece collar and leash set,” and more that’ll have everyone begging your pup to not take their man. There’s also a set of plush toys, including a rainbow, a winking butterfly (!), a microphone (!!!), and a coffee mug that says “I Beg Your [Parton].” (!!!!!!!!!)
“‘Puppy Love’ was my very first record, and six decades later, my love for pets is stronger than ever,” the country legend explained in a video shared to Instagram. “This inspired me to start my own line of Doggy Parton apparel, accessories, toys, and more, with a little Dolly flair.”

To sweeten the deal, part of the proceeds from the Doggy Parton line will go to Willa B Farms, a non-profit animal rescue organization in Parton’s home state of Tennessee: “Willa B Farms [is] a rescue where animals in need find never-ending love,” she added. “Don’t we all need that?”

In June, Parton made a $1 million donation to pediatric infectious disease research at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, the same team to whom she donated another $1 million in their efforts to create a COVID-19 vaccine. Also earlier this year, the country singer announced she would “accept gracefully” her nomination to be inducted into the Rock and Roll of Fame, after she initially asked for it to be rescinded.
