DJ Cuppy has finally withdrawn the lawsuit slammed on IsraelDMW, and aide to Davido who was at the center of the Cuppy Vs. Zlatan saga.
The withdrawal of the case has finally brought an end to the episode of rows between the famous Disc Jockey and singer, Zlatan.
The whole Cuppy Vs. Zlatan episode began when the Disc Jockey wondered why Zlatan has refused to speak with her months after they did a song together and has even blocked her on all social medial platforms.
IsraelDMW, a personal driver to singer, Davido, appeared on the scene when he went on social media to claim that DJ Cuppy failed to compensate Zlatan after they both did a song “Gelato” together even as the singer performed alongside her on her fundraiser in Abuja.
This claim had angered the billionaire daughter who took serious legal actions by filing a lawsuit against the aide for character assassination and unfounded claims.
Seeing that he was in for more than he bargained for, Israel quickly went public to apologize and retract his statement while pleading for forgiveness.
He was heard, and the massive lawsuit which would have dipped him in boiling water has been withdrawn by DJ Cuppy.
Taking to her twitter page and instastory to announce the withdrawal, Cuppy advised everyone to be certain of their statements before going public with it to avoid landing themselves in trouble subsequently.
