DIIV have announced a 10th anniversary expanded reissue of their 2012 debut Oshin. It’s out August 19 via Captured Tracks. The reissue features demos, two live versions, and a previously unreleased track called “Yuk.” It comes with a booklet featuring photos, reflections from the band, and liner notes written by Pitchfork contributor Shaad D’Souza.
The band is also releasing a limited edition 7″ vinyl box set featuring its first three singles: “Sometime,” “Human,” and “Geist.” The six songs from the box set will be released on streaming services on June 24 before a physical release on August 19.
DIIV will play an Oshin 10th anniversary show at Brooklyn Steel on June 23. The group’s last album was 2019’s Deceiver.
